A psychiatric examination (mental health assessment) is mandatory for obtaining or renewing a firearms permit, as well as for obtaining or renewing a driver's license.

At PsyOn, you can complete this procedure online via video call. All you need is a device with a camera and microphone connected to the internet.

After booking an appointment, you'll receive a link to a self-assessment questionnaire to complete before the session, and a link for the video call. During the appointment, you must present an identification document by showing it on camera.

The psychiatrist will assess your condition through a video interview and data from Digilugu. The certificate will be uploaded to Digilugu, where it will be accessible to you and your family doctor, who prepares the necessary medical certificate.

Important: In case of serious mental disorders or substance abuse problems, confirmation for obtaining a firearms permit or driver's license is not possible.

Following the assessment, comprehensive documentation is uploaded to the national health information system (Digilugu). It includes an overview of your mental health assessment, justification of diagnoses (if deviations are identified according to ICD-10 criteria), and, if necessary, treatment and rehabilitation recommendations.

All documentation will be available to you in the Digilugu system.
